Blank RSS Feeds in Inception

I'm trying to incorporate rss feeds of local papers in to my "Feeds" tab, but some the feeds are showing up blank in the Feeds Display Window even though their url is valid.

For example: https://citylimits.org/feed/

Does the RSS need a specific file type listed in the address, or is the "https" blocking the feed?

    Which version of Inception are you using?
    I am able to load that rss feed on one of our test systems.

    If you click on the Ross logo in the top left corner. It should open a page that will give you the version numbers as well as the build. It will be something like 12.1.3 4238-32478
